Our billing process is as follows. Commercial Cleaning such as Apartment Property Management cleanings, require a PO (Purchase Order) before services can be rendered and an Invoice will sent for payment on a Net 15 or Net 30 basis depending on the services rendered.
Residential Cleaning Services and all other services require a credit card at the time of scheduling for appointment holding with a 50% deposit and does require a full payment the day services are rendered. Our customer service team will contact you prior to your service date for final appointment confirmation and payment which can be made by credit card. DEPOSITS, CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULE AND REFUND POLICY
All Residential Cleanings require a 50% deposit at the time of scheduling appointments.
We understand that life happens and sometimes changes need to be made and we would gladly reschedule your appointment when and if needed. We do ask for you to advise us within 48 hours before your appointment (excluding weekends) at (757) 656-6060 so that we may reschedule your appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment after the 48 hours do so by contacting us at (757) 656-6060. A reschedule fee of $5.00 will be applied and billed to the credit card on file.
Should you need to cancel your appointment for any reason and do not contact us within 48 hours then you will be charged a $15.00 appointment cancellation fee. Should you contact us inside of 2 hours before your scheduled appointment then you will be charged 25% of your schedule appointment cost. All payments will be billed to the credit card on file. Please contact us within 48 hours to avoid any appointment cancellation fees.
NO SHOW POLICY
No shows such as, no one home, or someone is home but does not grant access or no access to the service address to appointments (except for those appointments that supply keys / key codes) will be subject to a 50% (no show, no access fee) charge of the cost of the cleaning service to be rendered to cover our cost such as labor, supplies, tools, fuel, time and equipment. All payments will be billed to the credit card on file. Our teams work hard to meet or exceed our customer’s cleaning expectations and they expect for someone to be at the place of service at the time of service. We kindly ask that you contact us within 48 hours to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
HCS strives to meet or exceed your cleaning needs and we make every effort to ensure that your receive an exceptional cleaning experience from us. We unfortunately do not offer a refund for services rendered but, should you at anytime are not satisfied with your cleaning experience we ask that you contact us immediately or within 24 hours after the appointment so that we can assess the problem and clean anything that did not meet your expectation at no additional charge. If you are still not happy with your cleaning experience with HCS then, we may gladly discount you 15% off your cleaning cost providing that we have exhausted all our cleaning measures on a case by case basis.
